Welcome to our Shakti program at Dhamma Yoga. Shakti represents the primal cosmic energy—the force of creation and power. This class is designed to harness that power through intense, strength-building postures. Unlike a typical flow, Shakti focuses on holding challenging poses to build muscular endurance, core stability, and mental fortitude. It is a “Strong and Stable” practice that sculpts the body and empowers the will, laying the foundation for advanced movement.
