There is an ever-present and ever-lasting cosmic order that is the primary nature of the universal intelligence. This principle is known as Rta in the Vedic tradition. This eternal and imperishable universal truth is accessible to everyone who seeks it. Once the things of the universe starts encompassing this cosmic order, it become their dharma (dharyati iti dharma). Dhamma is the Prakrit version of the Sanskrit word, Dharma. Dharma is the eternal truth that is experienceable to every seeker across the world. Love and compassion are the beautiful manifestations of this subtle experience.
Dhamma Yoga is a not-for-profit, volunteer based Yoga and Ayurveda centre run by a beautiful, happy yogic community seeking to live a simple, clean, nature-friendly, fulfilled and spiritually elevated way of life!
At Dhamma Yoga, we believe that the practice of Yoga can not confine only within the boundaries of your yoga mat. A good practice is like the fragrance of a flower that spreads around spontaneously. Dhamma Yoga volunteers reach out to the society to give their hand wherever needed. Here are a list of some of our initiatives.
Our approach is simple: show up, breathe, move with awareness, and keep it sustainable. We combine movement, breathwork, and mindfulness so you feel the benefits in your posture, energy, focus, and everyday stress levels.
Short sessions you can actually stick to, even with a busy week.
Choose the energy of a group or get 1:1 support when you want it.
Gentle classes designed to help you unwind and restore.
We also run free public breathing sessions at times as part of our community initiatives.
